Coming from an eCommerce and Marketing background provides Marsha with the insight to identify great talent, as well as uncover hiring opportunities within businesses. She has over 12 years of HR, Recruiting, and Hiring experience and has focused most of her career working for large local corporations such as JM Family Enterprises and Citrix Systems. Tracey earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, her Masters degree from the University of Phoenix, and is PHR certified. She lives with her husband and two young children in Deerfield Beach, Florida. She loves social media and relies heavily on Facebook and Linked in for networking and recruiting.

Olga PeddieZimmerman AdvertisingOlga Peddie is a seasoned media professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience managing online and offline campaigns. Olga's marketing and media experience ranges from branding to targeted direct response and online behavioral targeting. Before joining Zimmerman as Digital Media Director in March 2010, Olga oversaw the interactive media department at Gotham Direct in NYC. As a media director, Olga has designed programs in display advertising, SEM, SEO, affiliates and database marketing, and measured client campaigns’ success through strategic planning and rigorous performance analytics. Prior to that, Olga has spent a number of years on client side, as a marketing manager at eDiets.com, where she was in charge of product and brand marketing. Her major responsibilities included partnerships with publishers, website portals, celebrities, and several fortune 500 companies, as well as media planning, buying and advertising.
